Had a awfull experience today with this young rude girls that work there was trying to explain that my coffee was horrible they... didn?t even ask if they can remake it or anything never gonna buy coffee or cookies from you all ever again and I I?m awell-known person here in Brownsville which I will tell everybody not to go and buy anything from you all ever again justbecause of those rude young girls who are working there with no experience to be polite or at least to remake my coffee that washorrible. I showed this lady a picture of what i wanted, i told her i want exactly this the same colors and everything just a different... name she took a picture and then said they can do that. Two days later i go pick it up to see they got lazy on the border thepicture on the cookie cake was not close to what i asked for. The handwriting looked so messy and where she wrote happy birthdaywas not where i asked. They could?ve contacted me if they had a problem but they didn?t.
