I had the most horrible experience. There was only 14 cars total in line. I was there over 30 minutes for a 10-piece nugget... meal. No extras no added things. I had to wait over 30 minutes to take my granddaughter her meal which she missed her lunch. AndI was 20 minutes early for her lunch. I do believe there needs to be a little bit of more efficiency. Mom and I can't sleep sometimes, so we run over here for their breakfast very early after their 5am opening, and every time... we've had a delicious breakfast and the employees have always been nice and professional. I just wish McDonald's as a wholewould bring back all-day breakfast, because their biscuit meals and hashbrowns are delicious, and frankly are the best fast foodbreakfast IMHO. Read more

We ordered using their quick kiosk. Not quick at all. Had to inquire about our meals, our ticket number never showed on the... screen. We watch as those coming after us were being served. They tried to cook my chicken sandwich twice, over cooked or oldgrease. Chicken actually smelt of old grease. In the end, got a refund and went elsewhere. Sadly, even though it was McDonald's,it was not even up to what I would assume to be their standards. Read more
They struggle greatly with curbside pickup. We often have to go in and get it fixed. I know what you're thinking... Why not go... through the drive thru or go in? It is better for us to do curbside pickup because I order everything online using theircoupons. The App is awesome because of the deals and free food. I have a small addiction to iced coffee. Play place was filthy!! My two year old was extremely upset I didn?t let him play but the place looked like it?s been awhile... since it was cleaned. The upper part had dust you could see foot prints in. The cracks had dirt and grime built up in themunderneath had collected dirt, dust, old food, etc?there were wads of hair/lint all over the floor. It was just out rightdisgusting and considering Covid is such a serious matter you would think a place like this would clean and sanitize regularly.Very disappointed!! Read more
Fries were soft and mushy. Drinks were not wiped off. Went during the week about 3-4.Again now March mushy fries, Dr. Pepper... drink off ratio, Big Mac thrown together sauce mostly on the container food off center. Lousy at 1!30pm Read more
This place was beyond filthy! Dried syrup from drinks all over drink counter, food and napkins all over the floor. Bathroom had... toilet paper on floor and dried soap on the floor by sink. Hands down the nastiest McDonalds I've ever seen. When I asked tospeak to the manager she made the excuse they were short handed. There was at least 10+ people working. I told her in order forsyrup to be dried up on the counter that had to be there for awhile. She got hateful and when we left the manager and a fewother were laughing and mocking us. Read more
