One of the best lunch spots in town! Schlotsky?s has really stepped their game up since the remodel. Staff is very friendly and... the food always comes out fast. Not to mention?. Used to be my favorite place but recently it?s been horrible.. have been in 4 times in the last month and a half and always... order the Cobb salad.. I understand when your out of things but I asked today to make sure what they didn?t have.. was told theonly thing they were out of was the eggs.. I was ok with that BUT yet again for the forth time my said came with nocroutons/bread slices(either one would have been fine) also absolutely no Turkey to be found in the whole salad! ( I know theyhad Turkey as my daughter got it on her sandwich! )When I asked about the croutons I was hatefully told they haven?t had themfor years and that it never has came with them in years? funny because ALL my previous ones had them! Such a rude lady in thekitchen!! If it wouldn?t have been for the 2 youngest ladies working here I would have walked out! Come on Brownwoodschlotzskys, get a grip on your employee and teach them how to make the salads correctly! I mean even your pictures online showbread slices/croutons! Read more

Clean, friendly, and pleasant. My sandwich was delicious. Topped off the experience with one of their yummy Brownies. Was a 'to ... go' order, ?? so being at home and sharing with my two Labs was fun. "Fun and yummy" .....can't get any better than that! Read more
Highly recommend! The staff is always friendly and courteous, usually greeting you as you walk in and always with a smile. The... food is yummy! We haven't had any bad experiences. In fact, picked up pizzas just last week at the request of my daughter forher lunch at school. They were great! The updates on the restaurant look amazing and it is always clean!! The owner is friendlyand I have seen him out working, cleaning tables, and checking on guests. Definitely check them out! Read more
The food and service has always been amazing at this Brownwood location, the staff have always been friendly & helpful. But... today I went with my mom & my sandwich was so small, so I opened it up & there were literally 2 small shaved pieces of beef & 2pieces of bacon that looked like it had been one snapped in half. I did ask them to redo my sandwich as it looked nothing likethe menu board & they did remake it, but looked like they just added one more slice to the sandwich. I am highly disappointed inthis group as they've always been amazing. I know prices are skyrocketing and they need to cut back, but this was reallyridiculous. Read more
