Super disappointed. We ordered carryout, and the website said to pick up our food at a specific time. We picked up the food at... the specific time, and all of it was cold, like it had been sitting there for a very long time. The fries were soggy, ice cold,and inedible. My husband's wings & my sandwich, while cooked and fresh, were cold. We probably won't order from here again. Read more
Food was good and the service was GREAT!. We had a party of 8 and had 4 dogs along with us. We sat on the porch and were... promptly greeted by the server Anna B. She was very attentive and polite and even brought each dog their own water bowl. I havebeen to the Brunswick location several times and have never been disappointed. Read more
I ordered my food after working all day.. then the driver showed up late and I spent extra money on a bottle of mt. dew instead... I got a watered down fountain drink.. at first my order came to $12 dollars and something but I ended up paying over 22 bucksafter it was all said and done.. My son is visiting me from Colorado. He likes to go to his favorite restaurants since there aren?t many chains in his area. We... had visited the beach and decided to have wings. They were completely out of traditional (bone-in) wings, still with several hours before closing time (and on a Wednesday). So... we got boneless, which were all good. The coleslaw is a joke. It?s like a mini salad with nothing on it but Italian dressing.???? Not coleslaw at all. Sent it back. Never in my life have I seen FIVE employees all sitting down at the same table while onthe clock talking and goofing around like they?re customers. (Surely they can?t be some of the people who believe $15 should bethe minimum wage). Not to mention that the floor was filthy. Come on guys, lol. This was our second trip to this BWW location. We sat in the bar and had Kristen Birch as our waitress. She was one of the best... waitresses we?ve had. Birch was attentive, funny, and informative. Never went without while we were there. Hubs had the JamminJalapeño wings. He said the wings were perfectly cooked and tasty. I ordered the Buffalo chicken quesadilla. Let me tell youthere?s only been 2 BWW locations that can cook a quesadilla. Who would?ve thought a quesadilla would be that complicated,lol!!!! However, I?d have to say Taylor and Isaiah, the cooks, did an amazing job on that Buffalo chicken quesadilla. Btw Ibelieve Savannah BWW needs some help making a quesadilla.
