This place has to be one of the worst fast food experiences any one can get. Everytime I've come here, the wait in the drive... through is so an unreasonable amount of time. Food is always cold, and tastes old. Just spent 20 minutes sitting in the drivethrough just to finally get irritated enough and drive away, just to drive by the window to see two workers chit chatting andsitting on the counter instead of taking orders or trying to get the line through. Not sure how this place makes enough money tostay in business if they're failing to sell product due to laziness. Truly mind boggling. Read more
Drive through worker Candace was very friendly and polite. Burgers tasted old, too much mayonnaise. You need a new brand of... fries--they are never soft or crispy. Dull potato taste. Read more
Order was wrong. They just threw fries instead of Onions ordered. No napkins, asked for mayo and honey mustard none was packed,... no utensils. Order was packed very carelessly and with no care. Just 2 burgers and 3 fries were thrown in the bag to deliver.Horrible service. Highly doubt this and any review will make a difference. Read more
Manager is rude in the morning. The hash browns were not cooked all the way. Only 2 people working. How can you run a restaurant... properly with 2 people. Wait times are unbelievable for just a simple order. Will never come back to this location. Read more
Food was ok. My only complaint is why in the world do they charge extra for liquid sugar in your iced coffee? Three pumps I'm... told they usually put in and the iced coffee is still bitter to me. Ask for extra pumps in your iced coffee and you're charge $0.50 a pump. It's ridiculous! Some things shouldn't cost extra. If the coffee is supposed to be sweet than I want to taste thesweetness without being charged to taste it. Read more
Arrived 15 minutes before 1030am and was in formed lunch would not start till then due to the location not having the supplies... for lunch ready .Services woman was respectful and informed me of their process. Atmosphere cold in respectful that you can feelthey don't want to be there and a very annoying fan or ac unit that needs to be fixed the mail bathroom needed to be cleaned aswell as the dinning area .fries were fresh but not crispy but the double whopper was great. if I could make this star NEGATIVE.. I WOULD.. Terrible Service (UNDERSTATEMENT). The worst drive thru experience in my life! We... waited 20 minutes for someone to even take our order in the drive thru. Pulled up cuz no one spoke a word. As we pulled up toget decent service, they take someone else's order. Finally we pull up to the drive thru window wanting to order food. This girldecides NOT TO help customers at the window. NO SHE GOES ON HER PHONE IN FRONT OF US (CUSTOMERS), DOES NOT SEEM TO BE DOING HERJOB TO HELP WITH THE LINE OF CARS. THERE WAS CARS WRAPPED AROUND THE RESTAURANT. OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE HONKING AT OTHER CARS INFRONT OF THEM. WE WAITED FOR 40-45 MINUTES FOR NOTHING. WE WERE STUCK IN DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 40 MINUTES BECAUSE OF ROADSTRUCTURE FAILURE (NO EXIT). Food was good but they for got the medium hash browns then when we asked for it they gave us a small and also ordered a 5pc... french toast sticks and only got 4 guess they still asleep this morning. Definitely won't be back Read more
