Second time we got take out from this store. Both times we had to wait a long time for our food and both times our order was... completely wrong and then we had to wait again for the correct food. This is the least organized Chic Fil A that I have everbeen to. They were very friendly though so I gave them a 2 star review. Read more
Customer service was lacking. Went in and ordered for my family, my order was put on a pick up shelf. My name was never called... as I was right in front of the counter. Little slow, but then again, this is a Chick-fil-A, and everyone wants it. We stayed, in the area, who'll passing through to... our final destination. What caught our attention was the atmosphere here. They were slammed, but still smiling. To see theoperator working, right alongside her crew, said a lot. What an unbelievable circus! We stopped at lunch on a Friday and dined inside. The line was very long wrapped all the way down... the aisle to the playground in the front. Every table was occupied and the bathrooms were out of paper products and a disaster. The lobby was strewn with trash and so jammed with people it would have been almost impossible to clean. I have vowed to neveragain go inside a Chick-fil-a during lunchtime. One of life?s little regrets. Oh, the food was fine (as usual). Read more
This is the grilled nuggets I got ???? What?s more, DO NOT ORDER DINE-IN through MOBILE APP, you will be put onto the bottom of... the waiting list. Waiting for 15 minutes and see walk-ins that come after me getting their orders, coming to the front desk andthey went back and quickly said that my order is ? being prepared?. I have never been to a chic fil a quiet like this. There was employees just standing around on their phones, keep in mind, it?s... 5pm so they?re starting to get busy. The girl who took my order was rude, no one telling anyone who goes next. And then I get myfood and not only is half the order wrong, it?s nearly inedible. None of our drinks were right but it had my name sticker on it.I ordered the superfood side salad with my grilled nuggets and got fruit. The line is too long and chaotic to even try to getthis fixed. Worse experience ever! Waited over 35 minutes for 4 biscuit meals, finally canceled order and manager couldn?t have cared less... that we were waiting and acted like it was an inconvenience to refund our money!
