Came in for a quick bite and a beer at the bar for lunch with a friend. We had an amazing meal and amazing service and the food... came out fast . The establishment was very clean and the food was delicious. The manager Chuck even came and checked on us andasked how our food and service was he was very professional and extremely nice. Food took almost an hour. Server was either just poor or poorly trained. A loud party was seated next to us. When we asked for a... different table, the server was very reluctant to assist, saying "it's always loud in here on Sundays at lunch". We withdrew ourrequest to move. The server cost herself a very nice tip. I have tipped as much as $50 when given outstanding service to mytable, provided those I am with are well taken care of. It's too bad for her. She very nearly got a face down Penny for hergratuity. On the plus side, the kitchen sent out product that was well prepared to Chili's standards, hot and delicious. Read more

The service was terrible. The lady didn?t even get our drinks Order for over 15minutes, it took 30 minutes for our appetizers... and the grease is old and we waited almost a hour to get our order taken then 45 mins for our food had to beg other servers forrefills the ladies bathroom was disgusting smell hits you when you open the will turn your stomach toilet paper all over floor.We sat at bar we been here 2 and half hours I don?t think I?ll be back Read more
