The employee acted like she was mad at us for ordering food. Also? burrito bowl should come with a fork. Pretty annoying to... get back on the road only to realize you have no utensils to eat the food you just bought. We love Chipotle but the employeesat this one (on this particular day) weren?t very friendly and forgot to give us a fork. Rant over. Read more
Lady at the counter didn't even charge us for the water and our extra side. Plus for me, loss for you. She seemed to be SOOOO... excited to be there since all she said was the total and wasn't even engaged in the transaction. She was 3 feet from theregister and talking to the wall apparently. Pretty disappointing. I?ve been to many Chipotles in different states, but this one?s got a wrench in the gears. Have had three... consecutive bad experiences with botched online orders - mostly missing/incorrect toppings. The most recent err was theguacamole on my girlfriend?s burrito bowl today. Half of a firm unripe avocado is not guacamole. I want this to be my go-tospot, but my expectations have gotten lower and lower every time. I prefer a good Chipotle over Surcheros, but if I were you,I?d try Surcheros if you?re looking for what this location simply can?t deliver on. Read more

This chipotle is terrible. I have been to this location multiple times. (Also I?m pretty sure my review disappeared.) They are... always out of things, and don?t seem to make an effort to have them restocked. They rarely have fajitas cooked or even have anyon the grill. I?ve waited in an empty line for the worker to make an online order. I get that they also need to get made but Iwaited about 10 minutes. I was the only customer in the store at that time. The meat always looks very over cooked. For thatreason I never get steak at this location, just chicken. Everything it always dirty to include their work stations. Also Ithink it?s important to add this is typically around dinner time (but no where near closing time). I?ll still go here due tolack of other chipotle?s in the area but just be aware it?s not the best. Read more
