Me and my wife have gone here 5 times since it?s opened. And we?ve only eaten 3 times. The first couple of weeks were great,... the district manager was running the show. 10/10. Once he left, the staff didn?t care any more, no communication throughout thekitchen and the experience was gone. We went last night, my wife didn?t get to eat her food because it was made wrong, takenback and still wrong. We brought up the issue to the manager and she didn?t attempt to make it right or apologize. We won?t becoming back to this establishment. Never actually got to eat or even order anything from here. We waited 30 mins and the waitress came by twice once to say she'd... be right back and another time to take our order but had a problem with her IPad and then never came back. Very poor experience. As the server takes our order, I tell her I want a JB&B burger.....make it a triple....but with no chili.... Also, a chili cheese dog (there is no description for chili cheese dog on menu, just "hot dog"). She asked what size for theburger. I told her "Triple, as I stated." The food arrives: the burger has chili on it. The dog has slaw on it. Why would youautomatically put slaw on a chili cheese dog? Nowhere on the menu does it say it comes with slaw nor did I order a slaw dog.Both had to be replaced. We also asked to get a menu back because we would probably have a sundae afterwards. Meanwhile myfiance is almost done with her dinner by now. I finally get mine. The burger was correct but the patties were dry andflavorless. The dog had ALOT of onions (I just ate it anyway by this point). The server walks by and drops off our check as shecontinues on her way. I guess she had no interest in selling us dessert. We decided to just go elsewhere for ice cream, Hwy 55was a complete failure by this point. Our server (Brianna) was not rude or anything but had no personality and seems poorlytrained for her position. Our visit was on Tuesday evening 11/15/22 about 6:30pm. We will not return. Tried this place yesterday and got the chicken cheese steak and the first bite brought back memories of the first time i ate a... badly freezer burnt meal when i was a kid home alone fixing a microwave meal. Not sure whats going on but thats what the meattasted like. Ive ate here before and the food was good so maybe a bad batch of chicken or something not sure but had to throwthe whole sandwich away. Worst customer service ever. Ice cream was allowed to drip into buckets that looked like what they would use for leaks in a... building. Manager was very rude and was closing early on Saturday night at 7, all in general worst to employees that worked thatnight. Really needs a change quick or may not last longer. Read more
