Food was typical southern fare without the normal appeal. No flavor in the unsweetened tea or the sausage gravy. Biscuits were... cool. Not cold but definitely not even close to warm. Service was awful. We sat unattended for 20 minutes. And them it was onlyasked what we wanted to drink. Add another 20 minutes to have the waitress take your order. She was unsure of the menu so whenasked what the "breakfast sides" were, she had no idea. She acted uncomfortable and made us uncomfortable to be near her. Ifshe's new that's fine but where is her mentor? Even after speaking with someone (a retail shift leader (I think?) No change inanything. Read more

This Cracker Barrel is one of the worst that we have been to. That being said, Cracker Barrel is not our first choice. This one... allows dogs in the dining area, which obviously, they are not service dogs. I have no desire to eat with dogs, especially beingallergic to dog hair. That aside, the food was very bland with no seasoning at all. Gravy was cold and lumpy, biscuits were coldand very greasy tasting. Service was adequate, although not very friendly. We will not stop here again. Read more

Sad! I am sorry to say that the Brunswick Cracker Barrel is not what it used to be and IMO you?re better off saving money, time... and getting better food, driving through a McDonald?s. The service was poor, food was bad, expensive, and overall, a very poorexperience. My wife and I went into the Brunswick Cracker Barrel the other day for a late breakfast and were looking forward toit since we have not been there for almost two years due to COVID. We arrived at about 10:00 am and immediately saw there was aproblem with short staff since many, many tables had not been cleared. It took 25 minutes to take our order and one entire hourbefore we got our food and when we got the food, it was warm, not hot, the portions were modest, the biscuits and gravy tasted?off? and the slice of ham smelled odd. I would not give a poor rating if the only problem was short staff which is so commonnowadays. In fact, the staff that were there were trying their best to cover the tables, so they deserve credit for that, whichis why I am giving two stars. Problem was the food took an hour to come and was IMO ?bad? food at premium prices. You wouldthink that if it took an hour to get a pricy, ?warm? breakfast, the staff/management might try to make it up with a free cup ofcoffee or something on their own initiative, but not at Cracker Barrel in Brunswick where a cup of coffee is $1.99. I suppose Ishould have spoken to the management, but I was so unhappy with the experience and just wanted to leave, and felt it was such anobvious disaster, that if management was not aware of what was going on, my complaint surely would not help, so I did notcomplain. I wish them luck in solving the problems there, but for me, next time I?ll be in line at McDonald?s. Read more

It?s what I remember about eating in the south and it was easy to have to go so we could eat outside. What made it great for me... this time was finding some gifts in the shop that I can bring back to my family that I think were perfect, reasonably sized andpacked well for the trip. I had been looking high and low for the rights kinds of items and, fingers crossed, it makes a verylong flight with me safely. The staff was all super friendly but the masking policy may only apply to the kitchen staff unlessit?s personal preference. Read more

We stopped to eat at this Cracker Barrel while traveling. It is right of I-95 so it was very convenient. The service was... excellent and our server was very welcoming. We ordered the meatloaf special with mashed potatoes and fried apples. We were sohungry I forgot to snap a picture, so just got a picture of it the fried apples and biscuits. There are many options for lodgingnear this restaurant which is great when you are travel weary. Read more

Wanted to eat outside like the people we saw on out way in the door. We were told no they aren't doing that and said we could... eat outside if we did a to go order. While we sat outside at a table waiting for our food the waitress came out twice to wait onthe people outside eating off of plates, drinking out of glasses, and getting service we were denied. And to boot when we askedwhy we couldn't eat outside like others, the person who seats people Shannon, gave us a huge attitude. We received our order inplastic to go cups and plastic containers.
