A workers outside standing I didn't see any cars, so I asked I if the restaurant was open. She was so rude with her response and... rolled her eyes at us. They soldnus the worst food possible we didn't eat or nor did we return back to the store. We will neverever return to this dump you'll need it fornthe lawsuit when someone gets really sick from the poor food preparation and crossContaminating. Place is nasty, staff rude. Girl waiting on me would not stop TicToc on her phone long enough to get order correct. Don?t take... cash. Sign on door, credit debit only. Food nasty, chicken sandwich so over cooked it was inedible. Half a box of fries. Baconcheese burger had one slice of bacon divided between 3 burgers. Save your money, go somewhere else. Read more
Highly disappointed!!! Order wasn't fresh at all and bread was hard. Order was also not made correctly. The only thing correct... was the double cheese Krystal and the large water. Plus they ran out of change so they just gave the $ amount and closed thewindow. Definitely the last time spending money here, because this isn't the first time having issues. Read more
The person working the drive thru was rude and impatient. Every time I would order something she would give a total. If someone... pulls up in a big van, mostly likely not ordering one meal. When asked her to repeat my meal she was rude about it. And shecharged me for an extra meal I didn't ask for. Dining in is not an option. They were not busy so no reason to rush us or beshort. When they get new management we may try to eat there again. Manager was out smoking a cigarette and finish that before taking... out order at window. She was very rude. Fries were cold. Buns were hard. I just want some good Krystal and fries. Read more
Stopped for lunch from I-95 we could see 3 cars in line. We waited just a few minutes after ordering, expecting to take a while... after reading other reviews, for a standard order. We didn't order anything custom, everything was perfect. Definitely wouldreturn. Read more
This was the most disgusting Krystal's I've ever seen. Bathroom was so filthy The employees told me to use the gas station... bathroom, dining room was dark and dingy and the employees uniforms looked as though they were gardening prior to opening. SUPERDIRTY. As a veteran I'd rather eat a cold MRE than anything from Krystal's, ever again. They had no change, till was empty.Whomever owns this place should visit it sometime to see the why it has such low ratings. Sir, I was the Chief Chef and aJohnson and Wales graduate. Are your employees properly trained in food borne illnesses. Are the handwashing stations water atleast 125 degrees? I grew up eating the Krystal's burgers however, the restaurants seem to have stayed in the 80's and looklike they never wanted to change. I was looking for a garbage truck since Krystal's looked like trash. The health departmentshould shut this place down. Maybe I should eat at the gas station since the bathroom is cleaner. Additionally, I am going toalert the health department since bathroom wasn't operational; are the employees washing their hands definitely can't tell fromthe grease stained uniforms. Additionally, I believe Corporate would be ashamed that your restaurant represents their brand. Iwill return in the future with my thermometer.
