I've came multiple times for just a frappe those multiple times I've been told the "We can't get the caramel to work" now that's... unbelievable. Why have a store that can't serve for your customers? But for this i wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to nobody. Read more

The past several visits, through drive through, have been unbelievable. The 'meat' on the sandwiches (chicken, fish) have been... hard and tasteless, put between two slices of stale tasting buns. no condiments whatever. I had almost quit going to this location over bad customer service but today I went through the drive thru and was met with a... awesome employee named Bryson. He was so friendly and made sure each customer left with a smile on their face! He?s managementmaterial. I truly appreciated his kindness today. I was told very rudely to use a kiosk when there was a register open. I had a very difficult time trying to customize my order... due to some dietary restrictions. I was having a little issue with my blood sugar and assistance would have been nice insteadthe incredulous looks the employees were giving me.
