I was told very rudely to use a kiosk when there was a register open. I had a very difficult time trying to customize my order... due to some dietary restrictions. I was having a little issue with my blood sugar and assistance would have been nice insteadthe incredulous looks the employees were giving me. I finally gave and moved on to another McDonald's across the way. Whichwasn't as bad butthe Frappe machine was broken. Read more

I've came multiple times for just a frappe those multiple times I've been told the "We can't get the caramel to work" now that's... unbelievable. Why have a store that can't serve for your customers? But for this i wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to nobody. Read more

I was not at McDonald's. I simply parked in the parking lot next to them. I have always loved McDonald's breakfast but never... plan on going there ever again. Last couple of years my experience at every McDonald's in town has been horrible. I will not putmyself in that situation again and I'm never going back. The past several visits, through drive through, have been unbelievable. The 'meat' on the sandwiches (chicken, fish) have been... hard and tasteless, put between two slices of stale tasting buns. no condiments whatever. I don't know what the problems hereare but really, McDonald's has always been the go-to place for a great fast meal. Get it together folks, I don't like tocomplain! Read more

I had almost quit going to this location over bad customer service but today I went through the drive thru and was met with a... awesome employee named Bryson. He was so friendly and made sure each customer left with a smile on their face! He?s managementmaterial. I truly appreciated his kindness today. They must have had a rough day when I went bc it took 25 minutes to get my food and thay was after waiting for someone to come... take our order for over 5 minutes. The restaurant was hot and the AC vents were dripping with condensation. All of the staff wasin the back all three of us stood in line waiting for someone to notice us. Then, the lady went to the back again. During dinnerthere was no one designated to be taking orders inside. A manager or someone of the sort must have heard me inform her that ittook 25 minutes to get our food because she refunded our meal. Read more

If you want hot and fresh fries this is the McDonald's to visit. Buuut if you are looking for $1 dollar soft drinks, you might... want to go somewhere else. This location has gone back to regular pricing on all drinks. Otherwise it's just a regular day atMcDonald's. ??????????? Read more

052621 Still had to go through the drive through. I tried using the app to save $1 after a $7 purchase. I had the app ready... clicked on it when the clerk told me the price. I showed the clerk the qr code so she could scan it. The clerk asked me what'sthe number at the top. I told them. The clerk then said I'm sorry I tried it twice and it didn't work. What's the point intrying to use and app that won't work. Not that the clerk cared to help in any way. Food was ok. Customer service fair. I don'tlike to order through the drive through. I like to be able to see my food prepared. Read more
