Got off the highway to go to Cheddars but they didn't even come to our table to take our order, so we left. And we were so... happy we ended up at this Panera instead. The staff was super friendly and the food was yummy. Read more
Clean store, fresh bread. Bagel sandwiches were good. Cookies were not as fresh because we were there for breakfast, and they... tasted like they were from the day or two before. Lots of parking, the store is clean, and the service was good. Read more
Panera is getting its act back together - at least at this store! The entrance was clean, the cashier was pleasant, all drinks... were available, our food was prepared perfectly and arrived quickly. I couldn?t have asked for more! Read more
This location is constantly a let down. The pictures I included are just few instances of many I?ve experienced at this... Brunswick location. From lukewarm soup, to sandwiches with one shred of meat on it, to ridiculous breakfast sandwiches, to icedcoffee that is 90% milk and water? I can?t get myself to go here anymore. I am really disappointed with this location in regards to the consistency of how my order is made. I ordered the BLT Roasted... Turkey sandwich on December 2, 2021. This time the turkey was not roasted on the sandwich and it felt as if I was eating OscarMyer turkey lunch meat. Also, whomever was applying the condiments on the sandwiches need to apply less. The sandwich I receivedwas very smothered with tomato signature sauce. Receiving the pickle isn?t always guaranteed neither. I?ve had betterexperiences here but I cannot consider this experience one. This was my first time experience what Panera Bread had to offer, and after DEMOLISHING my sandwich in under 5 mins, I must... say...it was good. Really good. Service was even better. The day I ordered my food, staff was low. I ordered online and pickedup in store. It was fast and easy! Read more
Quit going to Panera's a while ago, due to escalating prices compared to a full service resturant. However I was invited by... friend today, so ended up at this one. They advertised "Duets" on the windows for $5.99. We both told the cashier that is whatwe wanted. We asked which items go with it. We each ordered soup and sandwich and were charged for the same as"U Pick two"!!With a small drink it was $16!! I repeated that it was a duet. The cashier smiled and said nothing! That's it for me. I willcontinue to avoid this restaurant where you do all the work and pay all the price! On top of that my drink was an iced coffee.The cashier handed me a cup. I looked at the coffee station, no ice coffee there. I thought, am I to go to the other side of thestore where the fountain drinks are and get ice and walk back to the coffee side of the store to get hot coffee and make itmyself?? I did find a plain black iced coffee dispenser on the fountain drink side but no cream, etc. so you have to walk backagain to the coffee station to make it. What a Rip Off NO Service Place!
