This is the worst Smoothie King I have been to. Went inside for a smoothie and had 2 people in front of me in line. It took 20... minutes from getting in that line, to getting my smoothie. Meanwhile I counted 6 cars rolling through the drive thru. So I guessif you go inside you are a 2nd class customer? Also, the 4 girls in there managed to move slower than a frozen sloth. So afterwaiting 20 minutes for a smoothie I was pretty unhappy to find out that my Strawberry/Banana smoothie had barely a hint of anyflavor at all and was full of ice chunks. I'm never going here again and will try to tell as many people as I can to avoid thisplace. $7 wasted. 20 minutes of my life wasted. Thanks Smoothie King! Read more

I tried calling and no one answered so I have to come and post online about this location. Coming from a previous employee of... smoothie king. I love smoothie king but this one is trash. I asked for a strawberry and pineapple smoothie, first try they gaveme strawberry and banana so I asked politely if I could get strawberry and pineapple and handed the smoothie back to the drivethru worker and she said yes, I wait another 5 minutes in the line just for the second try to be a strawberry smoothie. Thesmoothie is disgusting and there are chunks of ice and not blended at all. I understand getting the order wrong but the amountof workers there were inside of the store was absurd for only two girls working drive thru and everyone else on their phones.The line was also 6 cars deep and it took 10 minutes just to get one smoothie made. My fiancé and I went there 10 minutes before they closed (I know, what should I expect?) to get our son a smoothie because he... had been sick and that?s the only thing he could try to ingest. There was only one car in front of us at the window who waswaiting and talking to the drive thru employee for 5+ minutes. Someone came over the speaker and said they would be right withus. Once the car at the window drove away another person came on the speaker and said ?sorry we?re about to close and our systemhas shut down.? It was 3 minutes til they closed when we had been waiting there since 7:50. There was also another car behindus. I have worked customer service for 12 years and know what it?s like to just want to hurry up and leave near the end of yourshift and I have also told customers who were in my store well PAST closing time with the lights were out that our systems shutdown knowing good and well it was a lie. Systems don?t shut down 10 minutes before you close, if at all. All we wanted was a kidsize strawberry banana smoothie which would have taken your employee a minute to make and not much clean up. I never leave badreviews even when employees aren?t the greatest, but this one struck a nerve. I visit this store via drive thru at least 3 times a week. The smoothies are always amazing, however I should not have to wait... 18 minutes for a smoothie when there is no one in the store and no one in line in front of me. There?s a no urgency attitudefrom the staff. In reading other reviews it appears to be an in going issue. Read more

I pulled up to speaker sat there for twenty minutes and nobody came to speaker so I pulled up to front of store to see a sign... say lobby closed. I started to leave until I saw another vehicle pull up and they also took 16 minutes and 32 seconds to answerthem. When I got to speaker for second time a young lady came on and said she will be with me in 10 minutes well that tenminutes turned into 15 mins. they had nobody in lobby or drive thru but one car. Then I still sat there for another 15 minutesfor one smoothie. I heard a young lady saying she hate these customers. So rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning tothis location.
