I ordered a mobile order and it took them over an hour to bring it out. It was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on my phone... because it?s usually quicker and I have a toddler who was screaming her lungs out by the end. Absolutely ridiculous. There is noreason for it to take them an hour for a kids meal, a Cherry limeade and some mozzarella sticks. I will not be back. Not tomention the only thing fresh was my mozzarella sticks. The Cherry limeade had no flavor as well. Very disappointing and acomplete waste of time and money. Read more

Everyone that I know hates our Sonic and has had at least one bad experience there. I love their cherry limeades though, so... every once in a while I will give it a shot (and usually end up waiting for at least 30 minutes). Through the years I?ve put upwith terrible customer service and rude employees and ridiculously long wait times for it. From sitting in stalls, pressing thebutton to order and being ignored for 10-15 minutes only to be told the stalls were closed and it was drive thru only, towaiting in the line for more than 15 minutes only for it to never move and then pulling off without getting anything, to beingignored at the drive thru speaker and pulling around to seeing employees standing around and socializing in the kitchen. Andthat?s just to name a few. Yesterday, I ordered burgers for my kids here and this is how they looked. I normally stick to drinksat our Sonic because of the experiences I?ve had over the years with their food, but my kids love their food and ask for it allthe time. I don?t think that will be the case any longer. There is no way anyone looked at this and thought that it wasacceptable to serve, MUCH less to a child. On top of that, it was supposed to have cheese and pickles. Completely inedible andwent straight in the trash. I ended up having to order food from elsewhere to feed my kids. I thought they were doing bettersince opening back up and getting all new staff, but looks like I was wrong. My husband just purchased a hot dog, hamburger and tater tots all of which were inedible. The best that I can describe this... food is nasty. There was so much mayo and mustard on the cold hot dog, he could not pick it up to eat without it drippingeverywhere. The hamburger was cooked to crispy burned and the top of the bun was charred black. The tater tots were not cookedand cold. Thank goodness there was a McDonalds down the street. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Whoever the owneris needs to be onsite to get this placed cleaned up. I wish I had known we could post pictures. We threw the food out atMcDonald?s. Honestly, I don't know how the place is still operational. Multiple bad reviews, an 30 to 45 minute wait, multiple machines not... operating (Ice Cream Machine, Deep Fryer, Grill), horrible customer service, etc. Just recently their headsets where down and Isee believe they are. We pulled up to the box just for the note to say "Order at The Window". We decided to pull around to astall because the line was already long. We hit the button, to signal we were ready to order, and waited 20 minutes. A Carhopcame out and took our order by writing it on her arm, because they couldn't use paper. The last time I went I got yelled at forjust asking to remake my fries, they were cold. And just recently my sister order doordash from there and had to cancel theorder because the place was closed without anyone knowing. The managment needs to get their stuff together, they had the placeclosed down for 2 months and now it close every other day and people keep ordering food just to arrive at an empty build. Read more

Shannon, the new store manager, was so sweet and really went above and beyond this morning. She helped me even in the middle of... opening since I was there a little early. She was so kind, and really had such a warm welcome to the location. I will definitelybe back! Read more

We tried to get food and the lady behind the counter in a yellow shirt was playing on her phone, she didn't want to help anyone... she just wanted a paycheck after we sat waiting next to the sign no help or service. Went through the drive through and yelledhello before we decided that whether or not we got help we knew the service and food would be below standards and left. By theway she had the headset on her head. Don't go here not worth your time or hard earned money. Read more

My family and I came here to enjoy dinner and shakes. They got an order of 8 ice creams before us, and stated that it would be a... while. We were perfectly okay with waiting! We received our food (no drinks or ice cream) first. We ate and waited for our 2large cokes and ice cream. About 5 mins later our ice creams came out with no straws or spoons. Asked her for those and for ourcokes. 15 mins later nothing. Call them back and she said she would be right out. She came out to take drinks to another carthat was her wayyyy after us. My husband got out of the car and asked can I please just have our utensils and our cokes. Shegoes inside gets random utensils that didn?t even go with our drinks and ice cream. We go to take a sip of our cokes and they?rewater with a splash of coke. So unacceptable and we won?t be going back. Read more

I've been trying this Sonic off and on for the past year since moving here. Today was the first time my Super Sonic breakfast... burrito was hot. Unfortunately it only had eggs in it. No onion, tomato, jalapenos or cheese. There was one tater tot in thebottom of the burrito. I'm pretty much done with the place.
