Walked in and immediately I felt like I was disturbing the lady behind the counter. So I asked what time did they close...... thought I walked in at closing. She?s the manager? Now she?s upset because I asked for my sandwich heated ???? Please findanother job if you can?t even respond to a hello and smile when dealing with the public. Thought it was just me but a friendlygentlemen walked in after me and greeted everyone with a big hello and smile. She didn?t even respond. So now he asks herdirectly... how are you? Today 7/19/2022 around 6:30 ... I didn't get their names but the guy and girl behind the counter were so much fun ... would've... loved to have stayed longer just to enjoy their company. They were friendly and gave us great service. Their suggestions wereso helpful. It's a shame we're traveling otherwise I'd probably be a regular here. Couldn?t see through the glass while the employee made my sandwich because it was extremely dirty. When I went to eat the... sandwich, I noticed it was squished so much the bread was destroyed and then I saw moldy spots all over the rest of the breadthat was still intact. Sign said the store opens at 9 am, we arrived at 11:30. They unlocked the door to tell us they were closed because they had to... restock the store because it didn't get done the night before. The guy we spoke with was nice about it. Definitely makes thestore look bad that they can even open on time. Unlikely to return. Read more
Subway has always been a go-too-sandwich shop, and this particular location is close to where I live. The food is good, the... store is clean, but they always seem to have new employees that DO NOT know how to do their jobs well yet, and I have personallywitnessed the manager leaving in the middle of a busy time, leaving two new employees to fend for themselves. On anotherseparate occasion the poor old guy didn't even know what he was doing and the other staff on duty to shy to step in and helphim. I literally had to take my wrap apart at home and remake it, just to eat the ingredients together and not in heaps. The manwas really nice and polite, but not ready to be on his own. Worst experience ever. I walk in and order a breakfeaat sandwich which comes on flat bread. She didn't no anything. She put cold... meat on my sandwich didn't heat it up at all. She couldn't find anything. No apologies nothing. Then says if you wanna complainthe manager isn't here. I told her that I would not want the sandwich anymore and to have a nice day.
