Very unfortunate experience. I understand the rules " no buggy inside the restaurant" but, what about you put the cellphone down... and let me finish explaining you that I was just going to place my order TO GO (meatballs marinara) and wait outside. Instead of"so, sorry I can't serve you" and turned back in the office while still talking on the cellphone. If you want a sub I'd rather recommend you the subs walmart has by their deli cause this subway isn't it. Their card reader is... almost always down so when I was told it was cash only their store owner says rather rudely and a little too loud "There's anatm right there you can get cash out of it you know" while pointing at the atm that used to be next to the grocery doors. Theirvegetables also look out of date, the lettuce is normally brown or sometimes moldy, the cucumbers are slimy, the tomatoes lookterrible, etc.. not to mention their employees are either not trained right or rude as one of their employees tried to make mypizza with a flatbread, the pizza was even right there on the counter. They also even let an old guy sit in there for hoursmaking highly inappropriate comments towards both the customers and their employees and he'll sit there watching NSFW videoswhile cat calling a lot of women. So if you want a sub or pizza, just go somewhere. Read more

ever since the remodel, the store has really went downhill. It may look nice, but everything inside is still a hot mess.... employees don?t know what go on certain subs and don?t know how to cook the pizzas. There?s also a loud radio, so you can?t hearyourself think but all the employees care about is to keep it up high even when asked to lower it. i got a kids meal a few daysago and i got charged for the 6 inch meal. Absolutely horrible service, ordered their new sandwich the "Sandwich artist" had no clue what even went on it. We wanted what... was advertised, the avocado and the bacon and mozzarella the worker told us that doesn't come on the sandwich unless we get thepro which is 5 more dollars. But whatever we decided to get it because my wife wanted the avocado. While making our sandwich theworker still didn't put the mozzarella or the avocado on the sandwich and got an attitude and argued with us still. Stay as faraway from here as possible Read more

Had the most revolting restaurant experience I've ever had in my entire life here. Stopped in around 10 in the morning to get... four subs for my family. An older man was working, clearly a smoker and/or sick by the tone of his voice and the way he wascoughing. He constantly kept coughing over the ingredients and my subs as he made them. Several times he covered his mouthwith his hands/gloves, and he never once changed them after he coughed. I don't like confrontation so I paid and threw themright in the trash. Read more

I ordered 7 subs and was charged for 10 subs didn't notice due to my kids arguing till the next day which was on last Thursday.... Went in to speak to the manger and he took my name and number and was supposed to call me back on Monday due to the weekend.Waited all day for the call. So I decided to call them back at the store. The man told me he talked to his employees and lookedat the cameras and said he didn't see an error. So I called the corporate number he gave me. I had to email the lady the receiptand my name and phone number. Which I did called her back to make sure she got the emails I sent. She said she received them.That was yesterday. She said she would get a hold of me today no answer when I call or a return call from the voice mail I lefther. Which she was supposed to check the cameras as well. Heard nothing yet. I wouldn't care if it was 5 or even 10 dollars butwe are talking about almost 30 dollar difference .I am not lying and I need to know how I can fix this situation. The young dark hair girl that works there is an idiot! Burned my daughter's pizza, my sub, and tried to ring me up before fixing... my husband's sandwich! We were standing right next to each other. ??????????? Truly need more competent workers. Oh I shouldmention that the other lady working thought her lovey dovey phone call was much more important than helping customers. If theyhad never tags on I would be calling manager tomorrow!
