I was excited to try Jersey Mikes in Brunswick as I heard nothing but great reviews. Finally made it in on 2/15/22 and ordered a... chicken cheesesteak to go. The girl that cashed me out didn?t seem enthused to be there, I paid for my sandwich, she said thankyou but never handed me my order. There was a sandwich on the counter so I asked if that was mine and she said yes. I grabbedthe sandwich and headed home excited to take my first bite. When I opened the wrapper this is what I got. I have no idea whatsandwich it is; not much on this sandwich I would even eat. Not even close to the chicken sandwich I was so anticipating. So inthe trash it went and had a bowl of Cheerios instead. All three times I?ve been here, food has been great but customer service is completely unheard of. I bought lunch for my... coworkers (hour and a half in advance) & went to pick it up. Girl at the cash register needed me to tell her (again) what eachsandwich was. Said ?I don?t know I?m just picking them up, they?re not for me? and she got sour after that, said she needed toknow what is was in order to let me pay for them. Had to waste a lot of time calling my coworkers (while waiting in line) yofigure out what they ordered just so I could pay. Read more
