I went in to this establishment and was immediately greeted with horrible customer service. A heavy set woman with blue hair had... scars up and down her arm and was intentionally showing them off to customers for attention while my 8 year old daughter waswith me. This is the worst kfc for so many reasons?they never have the lobby open and the drive thru is so slow it?s not even worth... trying?my mother came here and sat in line for 31 minutes waiting for food and they screwed up the order and the food was cold.They are constantly understaffed and if you do delivery orders there is no way you will pick up your food on time and get it tothe customer on time?every time we come here for an order we sit in the drive thru for 20 mins definitely not fast food theyneed to fire the entire store and start over Including all management in the area?
