The more I eat at other restaurants around Brunswick, the more I wish I had just eaten at little Saigon. Food is always,... consistently great, soups and bun are amazing. My only criticism is I wish they had more appetizers, but I would still get thelittle Saigon egg rolls because they are outstanding. Also, not as expensive as other places but the quality is good. I am a very patient and understanding person when it comes to the industry because I worked in it for 14 years. I went in on a... Friday afternoon and there were only two other tables in the restaurant and we waited to be sat, we were ignored by the waitresson staff for 5 minutes and then I asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves. She held up a finger, said nothing and went backto ignoring us for 5 more minutes. If you're hungry go to Shere Punjab next door, food is good and they know how to treatpeople. Read more

I have always had excellent service here and the food is simply addictive, particularly the beef bun, which is fresh and... bursting with a wonderful balance of flavors. It even comes with a delicious mushroom spring roll. Yum. I might get some rightnow. Read more

Authentic flavors presented beautifully. Generous portions are great value. I'm Vietnamese and this place is one of the... best. Favorites: Bun nam vang, rice crepes w/ pork, spring rolls w/ shrimp, & fried summer rolls. Pro tip for takeout pho:heat the broth up to boiling separately, then pour it over the noodles & protein, even if it feels hot enough when you get home. The heat dissipates, & you'll end up w/ clumpy lukewarm soup otherwise. Do not boil the broth together w/ the noodles, orthey'll get gummy. Read more

Food is really good & authentic! I've ordered dine-in & take-out and each time did not disappoint with the food being consistent... and hot! The service is similar to Asian restaurants/culture - they serve your food/refill drinks but leave you alone since theyassume you'll enjoy the time with your partner/friends & don't need to small talk with the waitress. Plus, the space is small sothey likely want to get people in/out when its busy so customers don't have to wait/skip and there'd be more sales. I assumebeing understaffed & relying on tips is why workers are more curt but it's unfair to put standards of American diner cultureonto a small Vietnamese business. I would tip more if the waitress left me alone to enjoy the food/catch up with friends thanputting a façade of fake friendliness/small talk tbh Read more

I went here with my nephew and had house pho. He had the house vermicelli. Both were excellent and absolutely authentic. (I... lived in Vietnam for a year three years ago so feel qualified to attest to the authenticity.) Service was good and it?s a lovelyatmosphere. Our server, a lovely Chinese lady, is hesitant with her English so may seem unfriendly but after a couple ofattempts at engaging her in conversation it was clear that she?s simply a little shy about not speaking English with confidence.
