Good and service have gone downhill?. Used to love the place but quality matters and they lack it
Awful awful awful ???????????????????????????????? terrible customer service.....work ethic is terrible....alot of rasist ppl... working here . Walked in dude looked at me said nothing I stood and waited to be served 15min still nothing. Two white dudeswalk in and they were served immediately as if I wasn't standing there at all . Ordered 2 pizzas. One came out of the oven, and 15 minutes later the second??. When I got home, the second pizza wasn?t even... cooked through, the dough was still raw. The first pizza also was ?doughy?, but more cooked. I?ve been there plenty of times,(and had a much better product experience), but after tonight, and all the competition in town..I won?t ever go back! Read more
Not only did you guys forget how to make a decent pizza, your cashier apparently isn't required to tell the customer what they... are getting back for change after paying. "Here you go" is not an acceptable response in this industry. I was looking forward toeating this pizza till I opened the box to see half the crust is burt and flat. I honestly have had better pizza in my highschool cafeteria back in the day. Read more
The food was good, but we had a bit of a frustrating experience. I think the person taking our order was just new (been there!)... so I can't complain too much. Wish they could have had a list of all the available vegetables/toppings listed somewhere, sincethey're not visible and we had to play a guessing game to get toppings on our sandwiches. I think that would have avoided themixup. That doesn't take away from the quality of food, but it led to some of us getting nearly-empty sandwiches. Read more
A couple years back we had a bad experience with a couple employees being very disrespectful and unprofessional, so after that... we would drive all the way to the Topsham location to avoid dealing with the employees from our local Sam's in CooksCorner. Tonight we decided to give our local, Brunswick Sam's another chance because it is more convenient but we very muchregret it. I will continue to drive past our Sam's and go elsewhere because the service there is still TERRIBLE. We called in atakeout order at 6:34 pm on 8/17/22 and she says "as long as you're here to pick it up by 7, because we close at elsewhere westated was no problem. We ordered 1 sandwich, 1 wrap and a pint of spaghetti with no sauce. I say this with no exaggeration,they were the worst sandwiches we've ever received, from anywhere. The sandwich was missing ingredients that were asked for andon the receipt (ham) and the turkey was all ripped up and there was barely any on it. My veggie wrap with extra cheese hadtriple onion on it, which was not requested, and had very little of everything else and I most definitely did not get the extracheese I paid for. I could go on... It seems to me the girl purposely made our food very poorly because of the time we orderedat. The way we were treated you would think we ordered like 5 minutes before close, when really it was almost a whole half anhour before plus a simple order, we live approximately 4 minutes up the road. If you can't handle customers coming in close toclosing time and you are going to take it out on them and waste their hard earned money, maybe you should work a differentshift... Read more
The people in the Brunswick store are very nice and attentive. The food is decent and reasonably priced. However, due to... staffing it was very, very slow. I ordered a child's chicken nugget dinner and two Italian sandwiches with a wait time of 20+minutes. If you're in no hurry it's a good stop, In a hurry, call well ahead in advance or find a fast food place nearby. Read more
Diff love the new building in cooks corner and there food is fresh and serives is great go there at least twice a week foe a ham... Italian amd chocolate milk can't beet them sandwiches and there bread ???? is amazing Read more
