Horrible customer service and really bad attitudes. Been here multiple times and every time it gets worse. First time my... boyfriend ordered ice cream in a dish because he's allergic to gluten and it came out in an everything wafflecone which hecouldn't eat. We tried going to the front door to tell them. The door was locked and they refused to come and answer. Wecouldn't go through the drive through because everyone was lined up for dunkin. Second time was just as bad. Customer servicewas terrible. Door was still locked and the attitudes were bad. They were out of every simple flavor I asked for. Then as wewere waiting on our order they tried charging us twice and they supposedly just ran out of whipped cream and all the ingredientsI ordered. The ice cream was delicious! And they listened to our orders and served them really fast! My favorite is Daiquiri Ice!!
Sorry for the novel, but this was just poor customer service. This is a new location and I was unable to find the hours of... operation online. Not a big deal of course. All other locations in the area said 10:00pm, so I figured this one would be thesame. I drove 15 minutes and showed up at 9:00pm ready for some ice cream, only to be greeted by a locked door with a stickertelling me that the hours of operation did in fact go until 10:00pm. Again, no big deal. There could very well have been alegitimate reason for closing early, but I wouldn?t get to know because the employees chose to ignore me when I knocked on thedoor to ask. They looked right at me and continued to clean as if they couldn?t see or hear me. One employee went as far as towheel food racks from the back up front to block the door while I stood there in plain view. I turned around to leave and sawthree other cars that had just pulled up with the same expectations that I had. I told them all not to bother getting out oftheir cars, and just went home. Read more
My daughter and I recently discovered this place, and we've been going frequently for the ice cream. The price was reasonable,... and the selection was decent. There's one employee that is consistently rude to us, but we've been willing to put up with herattitude until the recent price increase. Almost nine dollars for two single scoops? Luckily there's other options in our area. Read more
