Had a bad experience with a burger King in Brunswick 2 days prior to coming here. Told an employee about it she went and got... with the district manager and they said they would handle the disrespectful employees at the location. They gave me a free mealand apologized for me going through that. Food was hot and good too. Very fast and respectful service. I always stop by herewhen I'm on the Brunswick route. We got a fish sandwich that was tiny and almost flavorless (compared to what they used to be) for $5.89! They USED to be... great...what happened? I understand that because of this new administration the inflation is awful but the flavor qualityshouldn't suffer. We also got the NEW Whopper melt and the new Bacon Whopper melt meals. Once again, for $13.49 plus tax, for amedium, it was tiny and I actually expected more than one piece of bacon and a pickle plus a quarter of one. Im not trying to bepetty but just giving an honest, detailed review, for quality control purposes. Also, our fries were not even full. I only havepics of mine, which is the bacon melt meal. Other than the food not filling us up, especially for what we paid and skimping onthe bacon and pickles...I actually thought the NEW BACON WHOPPER MELT TASTED EXCELLENT! The other party was not impressed withhis regular Whopper melt at all. We also split a spicy chicken sandwich and it was very good. Another problem was the food waslukewarm. PLEASE go back to your old recipe on the fish sandwiches and dont short customers on the bacon, pickles or fries.Also, serve HOT food, so its alteast warm when we get home in 10 minutes. Oh yeah, the customer service was great and veryarticulate at the drive-thru! Thats hard to come by these days! (A young man with blonde/light brown hair working April 2nd)Thanks so much! One more thing...the size of the fries and sandwiches/toppings may not necessarily be the fault of THISfranchise but Burger King seems to be false advertising when it comes to portions, in comparison to what is advertised, inregards to what you actually get. I can't really say too much about the atmosphere, because I did not go inside, but the drive-through is easy to navigate.
