I got a sour dough breakfast sandwich. It is supposed to have two eggs, came with one. I guess the toaster was broken. Girl at the counter had an attitude. Maybe because of the rush of people or she just didn't want to be there. Asked for a... sugar-free Vanilla, she tried to give me a regular without the label on the side. When I caught her she said they were out ofsugar-free which she could of said at the beginning. I asked for a refund was ignored until I had to raise my voice and shestomped off to get the manager. Terrible customer service. Twice now I?ve ordered a black nitro cold brew and both times it had sweetener in it and the cup of... coffee was half empty. I literally had to go inside (originally ordered from drive thru) and show them to tilt the cup whenpouring from the tap. The second time, the tap kept shooting out only foam and they said there?s no one to call to fix it. Irefuse to pay full price for half a cup of coffee. If you want a cold drink, get the iced coffee, don?t waste your money on thenitro that doesn?t work and employees that don?t know how to pour it. It take 6+ minutes to get a simple coffee drink if you?reinside. If you?re ordering more than 1 thing, be ready to wait a while to get it. Customer service doesn?t seem to exist here. Its disappointing and unfortunate because I want to support this location but the... staff make it hard to. My order is seldom correct and when I bring it to the employee?s attention I get attitude like I?m beingan inconvenience. The staff doesn?t seem like they want to be there either. Someone needs to tell the employees when handling food you need to wear gloves or not touch the actual food. This employee was... scooping ice cream while manhandling the cone in between taking bites of her lunch. Completely unsanitary and against healthcodes. For a Dunkin Donuts on Sunday Morning it was not busy 4 or 5 cars in the drive through and only 3 0r 4 people inside. The... employees were disorganized And a little confused. Instead of the efficient assembly line operations at other Dunkins their wasno cohesion no working as a team. Service was slow because of this. Read more
One of my donuts tasted stale(from day before?), I expect fresh donuts first thing in the morning. Friendly service.
