Never ordering again! The staff is so disorganized and it's really sad bc the food is pretty good. I will not be... overcharged/double charged bc they can't find their receipt. The restaurant took my cc info upon order, then after deliverycalled me telling me I needed to provide payment, which would be fine EXCEPT my bank account had already been charged for theorder. I explained this to the restaurant and provided a screen shot of my bank account showing the debit. The restaurant personwas not understanding and my account somehow even those they insisted they DID NOT have my credit card number they still managedto charge me twice! Food is delicious!! Fast friendly service!! I was at a little game in Brunswick and food was limited at the field. This pizza... joint delived to the baseball field. Google pizza shops around the most obvious came up. Dominos well I wasn't impressed sofurther research came across this place and they delivered on point. Food and service excellent!!! Read more
First time order for me while out of town. Heavy sighs on the phone when I asked for a special order, short answers, and just... overall bad demeanor from the girl at the desk. Food came out to $15 over what expected and I ordered from their website menu.When I asked the driver I was told ?you must have an old menu.? Not a great first impression. Food decent at best. This tucked away spot was perfect for getting out the cold wind on Friday. Our family of four shared a large one topping pizza... and garlic knots-it was perfect! Kids loved it, daddy loved the crisp crust, and I loved the cuteness of the restaurant-its gotmore room inside than I expected. The food is just as delicious as it's always been, but they seem to be under new ownership, and as a result, customer service... has suffered. Two specific examples: first, it's the only dine-in place I've ever been to that charges for refills, and on theirbottled sodas, they've taken to charging the full 20oz price for sodas that they only have in 16.9oz bottles, right alongsidethe sodas they do have in 20oz bottles. I could understand paying the same price for smaller sizes if the sizes are consistent,but that's not the case here. They can do better. They just have to want to, and I'm not seeing it. Read more
