Never had a issue always fast and on time.. always reliable.. my kids request pepperoni pizza twice a week..

Amazing customer service and delicious food. I tried placing my order online using my papa dough rewards and the website... wouldn?t place my order. Apparently papa dough can only be used while ordering online. Not sure how this Papa Johns stays in business. Ordered 2 pizzas and Plain Chicken Poppers. Show up to pick up my food and... they only made one of the 2 pizzas. Told them no problem I would run to the Sheetz and come back to get the second pizza. Gethome with my food. My plain chicken poppers have buffalo sauce on them! Read more

Papa John's Pizza. They deliver and when we order from here, the food is normally ready in 15 minutes. The longest we've waited... for delivery was 40 minutes and it was a holiday weekend on Friday. So far, the food is par for what to expect from a PapaJohn's. Read more

I've ordered from them 4 times now and the food and staff are EXCELLENT. They go above and beyond to serve us. We are out of... the serving area so they call when they leave to meet me down the street and never have an attitude about it. Poor customer service. Pan pizza is impossible to keep in one piece when you're driving. Garlic sauce hard(not melted). Bread... sticks were cold. Online ordering was a fiasco. Had to repeat the process three times just to place an order. People at thestore don't care about the issues and act like you're bothering them. Read more
