Overall the food is above average, the wait time can be a bit more than average but I don't mind being patient. I would probably... rate it like 6-7/10 but I give it a 9.5/10 just because of the manager Donald Watt, he is by far the nicest manager I've evermet anywhere, if anything isn't good he will make sure to do something about it. There is this thing, I think it's new, it'scalled "the buckaroo kids club" and he will tell you about it, essentially you get a card and you can get a free ice cream witha purchase of a kids meal. There are also these tokens that if you have, you can get a free ice cream using them, if Donald isthere, there's a good chance you can just keep the token and get a free ice cream. And the ice cream is easily the best of anyfast food place. TLDR: Normally, 7/10, if you're driving by and are hungry, it's not a bad place to stop. If Donald is there,10/10, I've gone out of my way to go there, definitely a fantastic place to eat. Read more
The sandwich I had (crescent, egg, sausage) was subpar. Foolish me, I was expecting a croissant. The only thing that the... crescent shared with a croissant is the shape. The sausage wasn't very good either. The potatoes were okay. Fried slicedpotatoes. Maybe try one of the meals instead. Read more
I love the cream chipped beef on their biscuits, along with the sliced breakfast taters! The coffee is good too. Update: We... dined in...I had the new, (limited time) HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN sandwich and it was great! I had to ask the staff for a bit moresauce because there was barely any on it (to taste) but they were nice enough to give me a little bit in a cup so i could butsome on the other side of the chicken patty/bun. Then i was very pleased! I have to say- I am VERY impressed by the size andquality of their chicken patties! The fries were also nice and fresh. Lastly, the cookies n cream shake was delicious. ???? This was my first time trying Roy Rogers. I enjoyed the burger and the condiment bar was nice. The mashed potatoes had no flavor... though. The iced tea was warm. Seemed like it was just brewed and didn?t have enough ice. Read more
Terrible. This location has steadily gone downhill. It?s one of my favorite fast food places to eat and the service and quality... is just horrible lately. Go through drive thru, order 3 value meals, am asked to pull forward to wait for food. No big deal.Pull up, wait 20 minutes, all the while car after car after car is going through the drive thru getting their orders, go insideand ask where my food is, I get a rude answer of ?they?re getting your fries now? and they walk away from me. I ask if it takes20 minutes to get fries and am ignored. Then once I finally get my food and get home, they forgot one of my fries. Just a groupof uncaring, rude, incompetent employees. I attempted the following night to go back and order a fried chicken family meal andwas told they didn?t make any dark meat and I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for some. Again, the employee was rude and seemedalmost as if I was a inconvenience to him that I was ordering food. Would give zero stars if able. Been eating there for 20years. Will not be back. Read more
Of a truth, Roy Rogers is always a step up in fast food, but our visit was less than the usual great experience. The chicken... was good, however we ordered side salads with our meal and when we opened them the lettuce was slimy. We got two more salads andthey were the same. We asked if we could substitute a parfait for the salads and were told yes, but the parfaits in the casewe're liquid. Sorry guys, but this time you do not get your usual 5 STARS. Read more
Purchased $50 in food. Waited almost 20 minute for chicken, while the rest if the food sat in my car getting cold. Came home and... served a burger purchased there to my 7 year old daughter. She complains it doesn't taste right. I look. Its all but raw. I hadto cook the food I just paid for from roys. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Shame on you roy rogers.
