I dont understand why the drive thru always takes forever. I usually have to go in if I'm in a rush.
Absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to...wait in line everytime for at least 20 minutes and coffee is cold
Extremely satisfied with the order I received from this location. It was a busy Sunday morning. I went in to place my order and... got it really well made with generous spread and quality ingredients. Well 2 times this week so far our order has been wrong in the drive thru. Monday was the wrong coffee and today was the donuts... my husband order 3 chocolate frosted donuts and we only got 2 strawberry frosted ones in the bag and no receipt. They arestarting to fall off. Time for me to save our money and start making coffee at home and if I want a really good donut I?llhave to make a trip out to spud nut. Btw we didn?t go back because we were on our way to work. Ordered avocado toast. Couldn't stay inside because it's was freezing cold in there! Got to the car and we realized it wasn't... even toasted!!! It was still bread. Because of the artic like temperature inside we didn't go back. Can't anyone do a good jobanymore! Customer service is a lost art! Read more
Placed on order on the app for walk in pick up, 20 minutes later I walk in to pick up my coffee and sandwich and only my coffee... is ready. The kicker.....there wasn't one staff member present anywhere on the fron counter or drive through, I waited almost 10minutes before someone emerged from the back walked past me to help drive through someone else then walked out who helped mebut when I poited out I was missing ym sandwich she said she would make it and had an attitude and acted as if I wasinconveniencing her because she had to make my sandwich. Everytime I come to this location part of my order is always missingand I have to ask about it. I'll just go farther down the road to Starbucks from now on. Read more
All Dunkin Donuts are consistently great. The coffee is wonderful and they have a huge variety of donuts and breakfast... sandwiches. You can go through the drive through or dine in. Read more
