Fast and fresh! Staff is always really friendly!
I have placed ordered with this Jimmy John's many times. The last two times I've ordered from them the order has been missing... something. Last time it was; they didn't cut my sandwich in half, no napkins, and no mayo packets. Today's order was simple,sandwich, chips, napkins, mayo packets. It arrived and once again, no napkins, no mayo packets. Might not seem like a lot, butwhen anyone spends money they should get what was asked for. That's all. Does anyone check what's going out the door that wasordered vs what was in the bag? I called and spoke woth one of the managers. A nice young lady. I explained what I was missingand said they'd send the napkins and mayo packets up to me. Another package arrived and there were about 30 napkins and 30 mayopackets shoved in a bag. Really? It wasn't for 15 people. Just one. It really isn't hard to read what is ordered, is it? It'snot. I don't want them to be freaky fast. I'd just like them to be freaking right. I'll have to order next time from someoneelse. Read more
The stores slogan may be 'freaky fast', but that handsome assistant manager really took his time with me. He handled the meat... like a true professional, packing it into my buns with ease and precision. He didnt even charge me for the extra mayo. 10/10servicing of the customer. Amazing customer service and very fresh Love the fresh bread and great, quick subs! I wasn't paying attention and ordered the... wrong subs... without hesitation the staff replaced my subs with what I wanted and they were SO NICE about it even though I washeck of embarrassed. I enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches, they are always good. Unfortunately this location currently does not offer sprouts, which I... absolutely love, thus the main reason for the lack of 5 stars. I've been here twice, staff was not exactly friendly but they didnot mess up on the order. Overall it's an okay location as far as Jimmy Johns goes, but I'm less inclined to return due to staffand sprouts. Read more
I mistakenly made my sandwich platter order for the wrong day and was in a panic when I went to pick it up and realized that.... They instantly said no problem just give us a few mins, and made it right then and there for me. Thank you for showing thatgreat customer service and kindness still exists!! Read more
