Disappointed. Arrived fast but at what cost to quality? 2nd time this has happened but the last time I order.
Ordered last Friday. My pizzas arrived fast but I received the completely wrong order. Contacted the store and was told I would... get a refund. I didn?t get a refund. Contacted customer service and got a coupon for a free cheesy bread. Wth? Read more
Yum yum ???? Highly recommend. Update: 11/27/2021 I have been to this pizza shop ALOT and have always received really great... quality pizza. Usually there are alot of large pieces of sausage along with alot of pepperoni. I also get double cheese. Thispizza absolutely without a doubt did not cut it at all for me. But tonight I noticed a bunch of young kids in the kitchen andwas un easy if I would get the same great pizza. I had a feeling I wouldn't, and I was spot on. It just didn't cut it for me. Tonight was the first time I had ever ordered from Marcos here in Brunswicks. We just moved here. I am highly disappointed with... the quality of my food. I ordered a 12 steak and cheese. It had looked like the sub bun was put threw a grinder and pieced backtogether. I was missing toppings and it was ice cold. My husband ordered a 11 chicken club and it was missing toppings and alsoice cold. Also might I add this was a pick up order and I live right by Marcos Pizza less then 3 minutes away. Milage 0.5. WhenI called to talk with the manager they were very rude and seemed like they could care less and seemed to be bothered that I wascalling. This is no way to treat a new customer. Marco's was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I gave them a try! I love their pizza. The staff is always friendly and... professional. Today I decided to have food delivered. As soon as I hit the order button I got a call to let me know they wereout of something so Marco's replaced it with another item. Then my food was delivered shortly after and faster than the originaleta! Highly recommend! Read more
Zero consistency. This place is like pizza roulette. One time it will have too much cheese and no sauce another time it could be... too much sauce and not enough cheese. Not sure what happened but this place has gone downhill recently but it seems like no onecares. Last pizza had onions that were barely cut and smelled bad. Most of it got thrown in the trash. Done ordering from thisplace. Management really needs to be aware what's going on otherwise they will be losing more customers. Unless they are theproblem. If I'm going to gamble then I'll play the lottery. The chances of winning is better then getting a good pizza from thisplace. Read more
We used to order from this place pretty regularly, but over the last 6 months the quality has definitely declined. The last 3... orders we've made have gotten progressively worse, finishing up with a last ditch attempt tonight. I wouldn't be surprised ifthe pizza I ordered tonight were capable of food poisoning. It has a solid half inch of cheese in the middle and the onionssmell rotten. I'm sad to say, it's time to find a new favorite pizza place. Read more
Been ordering Marcos for many years. Most reliable pizza delivery in Brunswick. Always on time, staff always answers phone right... away, always open when other competitors are closed, and they are courteous upon order and delivery. It?s not high end in termsof menu or ingredients (not workers fault) but their pizza is always made fresh, cooked correctly and on time. I would verymuch recommend! Read more
