Best Philly cheese steak ever
0/5 if I could. Communication is not this establishments strong suit. Parked in a plaza lot, to come out to a sign and paper on... our car to say ?mr hero parking? when they were not open or no signage when we arrived. The worker came out and yelled at usthat we were the problem because we didn?t read the signs ON THEIR BUILDING not the parking spaces? was soooo rude soooo out ofline. I would choose a different place with better management and customer service. Read more
This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you... would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're onyour way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot butteredcheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appearsto be pretty clean, which is always a good thing. Read more
This is by far the best Mr. Hero we have been to - not only are the staff very friendly, but the kitchen is just SPOTLESS and... extremely clean. The food is always fresh, less greasy, and always tastes better than any other Hero location. We live inFlorida now, but every year we come to visit family in Strongsville and make it a point to come and eat here as many timesbefore we have to go back home. Keep up the exemplary work! I ordered a Chicken Philly went back to work to open my sandwich and got the weakest looking butter cheese steak I have ever... seen.... I called and I was told their policy is I have to return my order within 2 hours for them to make me the correctsandwich that I was charged for... People work i do not have time to leave work again because they made a mistake... HORRIBLESERVICE!!! Read more
This development is rather clean and well-organized than other I've seen. Although the cleanliness isn't the only great thing... about this place, they carried out my order well also. The meal was great, I truely believed it was worth my hard earned money.The people who worked there had great service, they truely seemed to enjoy and want to do their job. 5 stars! I got out of my car to go inside and the owner immediately ran outside on his phone screaming at me that he was calling a tow... truck to have my car towed because he thought I was going next door. He will NEVER get my business. Read more
