Normally I don't have an issue with this location, But service was god awful, I called in the first Time and it rang and rang... and rang finally got someone and then Immediately got hung up on, called back phone just kept ringing finally got someone,Placed an order for a cheese Pizza and Breadsticks for pick up at a later time, I get there a few mins early, my order didn't gothrough, so then i waited no big deal, well while waiting in the lobby phone is ringing and good portion of the staff had in earbuds or head phones on, one was playing on his phone, I finally get my order and I get home open up the box and cut of the pizzawas terrible, i mean the worst cut of a pizza I ever seen, then on my cheese pizza, there was no sauce, Just Straight cheeselol, never had issues there but it was terrible. Called at 7:45 for delivery. They quoted us 20-30 min, which I expected it would be longer due to the snow. An hour and 15 min... later, I try calling to check-in on the order and they closed. No courtesy whatsoever to call and let me know that they had toclose and weren't able to make it after charging my card. Unacceptable! Read more
Normally papa John's does OK, But of course in Brunswick that can't be the case. Add a quarter to midnight I called and ordered... a pizza ( because nothing else in this town was open), They took my order, They took my money, And then decided not to make theorder. And I do understand it was a quarter of an hour until they closed for the night, But if you're done serving food at 11 or1130 then that is when you actually close to the public. They managed to charge my cardWithin just a few minutes of the orderand yeand yet when I called this morning to get a refund or to get my pizza somehow they are not able to do a refund for atleast 10 days, It is a miracle that they were able to get my payments so quickly but my refund will not be here until over aweek. If they had apologized in any way I would not be posting this. My only advice is if you are going to order make sure youdo it an hour before they actually say when they close otherwise your chances of getting a pizza go downhill greatly, Andhonestly let's face it it's not great it's just OK pizza. Don't order too CLOSE 2 CLOSING TIME!!! Employees don't wanna work!!! When ppl order food sunday night it's usually bc... hungry!! You EXPECT that if pay $$ to get your order!! Well at least I do!! The app alerted food had been delivered, I lookoutside NOTHING! I looked liked suspicious as I crept past EVERY HOUSE down my street making sure it wasnt accidentally droppedoff 2 another home!! I tried calling PJ but they were closed NO ANSWER!! The money was taken from my acct. as if all went well!!This sorta happened back in 2016ish same papa John's that is why we stopped for a long time from ordering from them!!! Once again I tried to order Papa John's to see if they redeemed themselves. NOPE! My pizzas was raw that it stuck to the box. I... ordered 4 extra garlic sauces and did not get any. Very disappointed, they have not changed in 2 years ???????. I was verydisappointed with my pizzas. Both of the pizzas topping were falling off. Pizza was delivered quickly, but the box must have been dropped or thrown into the vehicle as the entire XL pizza was smashed... into one corner of the box with pieces upsidedown and on top of each other and the inside top of the box. Can?t believe thedriver handed this to me knowing something had happened. Store is refunding my money and delivering another pizza (but samedelivery person). Won?t be ordering from this store again. We ordered a pizza just after 10:00 PM. When the girl answered, she asked ?carry out or delivery?? But then told me carry out... wasn?t an option once I chose it. So then I chose delivery and asked if I could just pick it up in the parking lot, as theinside was closed. I was told no. Okay fine. No big deal. I went with delivery. I paid over the phone and was told it?d be about45-50 minutes. I even called back to verify my order and address, since the girl didn?t ask for it the first time. Over an hourand a half goes by and still no pizza. We tried calling but since it was after 11, no one answered. We even drove by, but theplace was completely dark with a vaccant parking lot. I am completely dissatisfied with this service. I?ll be going with Dominosor Pizza Hut next time. And I?ll certainly be keeping watch on my back account. This is totally unacceptable. I was chocked with wings quality ( Soggy, not crispy at all and just warm ). We did not eat it at all. Pizza ( was dipped with... a lot of sauce, less cheese, this made the experience so bad ). This was the first time papa John?s show this unacceptableexperience. Read more
