Best pizza everytime hands down. This young man just made my pizza and delivered it... now he needs some recognition right... if... your not eating the stuff crust donte pizza and their boneless parm wings your not doing Tuesdays right... and having the chefdeliver your food... he said to me he didn't want the food to get cold!!! The customer service at the Brunswick store is terrible!! We ordered a pizza - the pizza was late as heck!! We never left an... instruction for the pizza. It took 2 hours for the pizza to get to us, and my ADT alerted me that there was activity on myporch. The driver left the COLD PIZZA on my porch and my husband caught him getting in the car and he said he was sorry he wasso late. His plan was to say he delivered the pizza and we waited to get it, is why it was cold. Well we call Romeos and theysaid they would credit my husband and give him a free pizza the next time he came in. He went back in a couple days later and noone remembered what was said on the phone when he called in. We will never go to Romeos ever again. And I will tell everyone Iknow. I had Romeo's pizza for the first time last Saturday afternoon (1/8/22). It was fantastic! Even better was the customer service.... We didn't exactly know what we wanted and made two transactions. The gentleman at the counter was patient and understanding.Will definitely be back at some point. Read more
