Their process of handling drive thru needs to be improved..they will also benefit tremendously if they were to provide their... employees with training on how to render more professionalism towards the customers. Read more

Service is absolutely horrible people are rude as all get out. Inside is just nasty. They definitely don?t clean it all. If you... come over night they only accept cards and serve drinks. Takes forever for them to get you order if it?s correct! Read more

I stopped by this morning for breakfast. I stayed at the speaker for 5 minutes with no greeting. As I drove around to leave,... there's a worker just standing at the counter. WTH. Be lazy on your own time. Meanwhile, there are people trying to getbreakfast before they go to work. Do the job you're getting pain for. Read more

On this night went in for a meal. Thw manager on duty Bernard was down right rude. We sat in drive thru for a long time so I... decided to go inside he ignores the kiosk was down so had to order from counter. Another customer came in and asked what waswrong with drive thru and he rolled his eyes caught a nasty attitude and told us go back to drive thru he not taking ordersinside. This place is so unprofessional...I seen them send food out the window... the same guy drives off,then comes back and says this... isn't my order...the bag was all wrinkled....the drive thru girl took it back and then gave it to the car after him...samewrinkled bag went in one car sat around and picked thru, then passed back in and out to another customer....that customer toldthem something about it and the worker told them it is that or nothing...they got their money back and drove off mad after a 50minute wait in the drive thru...I was next to pay and seen all that arguing and said oh no your not handing it to me now andleft.... they were so unsanitary...I was shocked that they are to lazy to make new food. Instead of throwing it away ,they keeppassing that returned food out to the next person...I just think it is wrong ...ill never go there again , And I'll spread theword on How they conduct Business to anyone who would go there ...we don't need to be sick or catch covid 19 because of therelaziness ???? First customer in the door that morning I think. Only one kiosk was working. Employee at counter, just a few feet away, watched... me using it to order. Toward the end of my order, I was having some difficulty with it. I finally asked if there was a problemwith the kiosk..."Oh no, that ain't working. You have to place your order here". The floor was horribly greasy. There aremoveable cushion seats at a couple of the dining tables ... very dirty. There was trash under their work station behind thecounter. Food was apparently left from the night before clinging to the dispensers (ice cream etc), see pic. Someone (employee)had their drink where the customers could see it where food is bagged I think (see pic). Don't think that is proper protocol.The bathroom was short on toilet paper, had to get some from the other stall that had pee all over the seat. That floor wasdangerously slippery greasy. Read more
