I visited this Arby's last night on 1400 main in Bryan Ohio... All staff and managers were very helpful and kind but the most... important thing is I left my phone here and they put it up for me ... I didn't notice until I got all the way home in Michigan... But they went even more above and beyond when I came to retrieve my phone the manager karrilynn Johnson paid for my meal asshe felt bad for my drive I have never been treated so well what ever you guys are doing here keep it up 5 stars I will becoming back anytime I'm in Ohio YOU GUYS ROCK Read more
Wonderful service great food no attitude no rudeness would suggest anybody to go here compared to other places
7/31 the woman working the drive thru, the front of house, AND doing the fry station needs to get paid WAY more than whatever... she is making now. Doing three peoples? jobs at once and dealing with a rude clocked out employee? Absolutely crazy. Looked likeshe was the only one working besides the person making the sandwiches. Why were there 3 bodies wondering around while this girlwas struggling? Not to mention the ONLY one in uniform and that includes the manager too.
