I visited this Arby's last night on 1400 main in Bryan Ohio... All staff and managers were very helpful and kind but the most... important thing is I left my phone here and they put it up for me ... I didn't notice until I got all the way home in Michigan... But they went even more above and beyond when I came to retrieve my phone the manager karrilynn Johnson paid for my meal asshe felt bad for my drive I have never been treated so well what ever you guys are doing here keep it up 5 stars I will becoming back anytime I'm in Ohio YOU GUYS ROCK Read more
Wonderful service great food no attitude no rudeness would suggest anybody to go here compared to other places
7/31 the woman working the drive thru, the front of house, AND doing the fry station needs to get paid WAY more than whatever... she is making now. Doing three peoples? jobs at once and dealing with a rude clocked out employee? Absolutely crazy. Looked likeshe was the only one working besides the person making the sandwiches. Why were there 3 bodies wondering around while this girlwas struggling? Not to mention the ONLY one in uniform and that includes the manager too. I usually love their food but this is the second time I've went for a creamy Mediterranean wrap and they've given me one with... tomatoes and bacon on it instead of the sweet sweet banana peppers, idk what's wrong because I'm clearly saying creamyMediterranean and I'm just baffled it happened twice Read more
There's a big white sign on the window that says dining room open. The hours on the window say that the dining room is open. The... dining room is in fact not open. Maybe take the big sign on the window that says "dining room open" off the window. I'm a truckdriver so when I see a big sign that says "dining room open" I know that I can park in the large lot next door and walk over.Only to get disappointed. Read more
I wanted to try the new hamburger that they started promoting. So it's OK not bad but kind of similar to a Big Mac sauce. The... Beef Patty isn't bad but doesn't have a lot of flavors. I asked the guy behind the counter if he liked it and he recommended theone with ranch and bacon. I probably should have done that but I wanted to try this one1st. I love Arby?s but giving this location 2 stars because the last 3 times I ate here I was given the wrong food. I ordered a Beef... & Cheddar and received a plain Roast Beef each time. Super annoying. Read more
