Very rude when I questioned where my fries were from a meal ordered on the app. They replaced with mashed potatoes with out... asking me what I wanted or telling me they had done so. Drive up window has a sign that says ?NO REFUNDS?. So if you orderonline and they are out of something, you get what they want to give you as long as its not $. And they wont be nice about it.They will get nasty if you question them about it. I will never set foot in the Bryan KFC again. Read more
Was just trying to get some food for my mother. Chicken was cold when I got it and they missed half of my order. Tried to call... and get it fixed and the number doesn?t even work. Won?t be going back again. Read more
Worst KFC I have ever been to hands down. If you don?t have products to make the main items on your menu or the people to make... them then you shouldn?t be open for business. Management here needs looked into terrible people and customer service skills. Weordered online and when we got to KFC the manager said they didn?t have the items we ordered in a rude manner and said theycan?t control there mobile orders and then completely stopped talking to us through the speaker when we said we wanted our moneyback or something equal of value. We waited there for an hour just to get a few items that was not fresh and did not receive thecorrect items for the money we paid. I will never return to this KFC. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is a joke! We waited in line for a total of 30 minutes, for 2 meals. 15 minutes... of just waiting to have our order taken and the worker sounded rude and bothered off the bat. I have worked fast food for manyyears and never treated one of my customers like this or ever had them wait 30 min for food. We didn't get utensils for a kfcbowl, no sauces for the popcorn chicken and the fires were old with the container filled half way. I won't be returning, wasteof money and time. Read more
Worst service ever made an online purchase picked it up 10 minutes after ordering all the food was cold and old when I called to... try and get the food replaced or refunded the manager wouldn't even give me her name refuse repeatedly when I asked and when Isaid I would have to call someone else she laughed about it completely disrespectful Read more
The chicken had a horrible after taste as if the oil was dirty and needed to be changed, fries were soggy and under cooked and... we had to wait close to 15 minutes to get our food. I'm not sure who owns this KFC but they need to get involved and correct allof the issues. Our food tonight was horrible and it's doubtful that we'll ever return to the Bryan KFC. Read more
