I?m not one to complain, but the laziness coming from the bryan McDonald?s is highly disappointing. I went in for breakfast and... went to the order screen in the dine in area to order my food. We ordered our food and got a receipt for the BREAKFAST we hadordered. After we had placed our order at 10:40am they said ?no more breakfast?, after we had ordered our food. And they had tohave 4 different people tell us there was no more breakfast being served after the manager even stuttered to tell us how longago they stop serving breakfast, and they rudely walked away. When I was a kid they never stopped breakfast whenever theywanted, and mine and my families food was always made correctly. Now that place is just lazy and unreliable. Read more

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes while 3 cars went through the other lane. I said hello and... and they immediately said how can I help you like they were waiting for me to greet them. I decline the receipt which was aterrible idea.. Get home with my daughters only to realize my big breakfast with hotcakes has no hotcakes. So I call them up andlet them know my dissatisfaction only to get chewed out by the person on the line because it "wasnt their fault" Now I can loadmy girls back up and go wait another 45 minutes for them to fix my order.... But no thanks. This is just the latest episode..Their hash browns are always old.... Their biscuits are rock hard... I will never waste my time there again. Read more
Good service. Brought my food to me in the dining area on a very busy morning with the drive through packed. Clean looking too.
It was awful they completely ruined my order we didn't get not 1 this completely right and I bought 8 full meals. I had to order for several people who wanted lunch. McDonald?s decided to start serving lunch late but had already changed the... outside menu over. I asked if I could see a menu so I could figure out what to order for everyone. I got told ?I don?t reallyknow what to tell you about that?. I guess I should memorize the McDonald?s menu for next time then?? This was after waiting 20minutes in line too so it was extra special. I went across the street to Burger King which was fantastic.
