Let me first say...we didn't have a good experience, however, with positive communication with management staff, excellent... customer service prevailed. I worked for cracker barrel when I was in my early 20's. I loved the food and the smell of coffee onmy morning shifts, so nostalgia always takes over. The series of unfortunate events, luckily did not interfere with my love ofthis company. Read more

Had to wait a bit before a waitress even acknowledged me. Then my order took a while also and they weren't even busy. And lastly... I never got a refill on my drink but she was sure to bring that check. These days with inflation on EVERYTHING I expect betterservice especially if you rely on tips as your primary income. I always tip well for that reason but I also believe in theperson earning it as well. Read more
I was impressed not only by the atmosphere, but by the extremely kind staff. They made the Cracker Barrel feel like visiting... grandma's house, in the best of ways. The food was delicious, homestyle cooking and was surprisingly quick and fresh. I wouldabsolutely recommend this restaurant for casual dining, especially considering how affordable it was. Read more
The service was good, and while some things were excellent (mostly appetizers), I was a little disappointed in the overall... quality of the food. While the presentation was very good, the taste didn't live up to the expectation. The drinks left alittle to be desired, as well. However, the atmosphere was excellent ? very calm and relaxing. Very good. We split the southern fried chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes w/cream gravy, and added a dinner salad. We... loved it and our server Kasey was really nice. We wish this Cracker Barrel was closer to home. Y'all keep up the good work. Read more
I ordered the fried chicken tonight and my wife had a caesar salad. Seem like the Fried Chicken was a little bit too greasy and... way over breaded. The salad was missing the eggs other than that it was good. Service is great we love the breakfast for sure. Read more
