Never ordering dominos again. terrible customer service. No point in ordering delivery if it's a couple minutes after 11,... apparently they wait till midnight, cancel the order, and then stop answering their phones. If you want to close at midnight,just close at midnight and stop advertising that you're open till 1AM. Read more

Ok. First, I love their pies. The bread, the toppings, the sauce, DELICIOUS. **BUT** they have become part of the problem in... our economic situation. Not only did they raise the price of their medium pizzas, they made them smaller. Can't prove it herebut they have shrunk the size by around one inch. There's three of us, we could get two mediums and we had some leftovers. Nowwe're left hungry. Will keep buying them but only when they have good specials. Thanks. Read more

The employees are unprofessional and the service was unacceptable. I was in-line waiting for my order behind another customer... and they received their order and I pull to the window and the employee walks away and didn?t returned I waited and waited neverreturned. I started to drive off and let them keep the order but I ordered online. By the time I received my order it was coldand not eatable. I have been ordering from here for several years and will no longer be eating here and will be escalating myexperience with cooperate. The store at 2211 was the most rude people I have ever seen. I ordered a pizza on line. It wasn't ready for me to pick up. In... fact they said they didn't get the said that they didn't have the order So I placed the order in the store and it wasn't evencorrect. Then when I asked about the 50 percent off they rudely said I would not get it. I ended up having to pay full pricefor a incorrect order. Those children need a lesson in customer service!! Read more

This place lacks good customer service skills. I ordered carry out and when notified that my pizza was ready I went to the drive... Thur window. I sat there for 20 minutes (many cars behind me while waiting) I was never acknowledged, told it would be a momentor even looked at. I left and will not be going back. No one should have to wait that long for a pizza that is ready. I getbeing busy, but you guys were not that busy. It appeared to me that your phone calls were more important than acknowledging thecustomers who were present at your location and ready to pick up their ready order. Very disappointed. Read more

Me and my husband, both seniors, have had a Friday night date with Domino?s for the last several months and have always quiet... enjoyed them. Tonight was a completely different experience for us. We got all settled in in front of the t.v. and prepared toenjoy our pizza only to open the box and find the pizza and the box drenched in grease. Not just a little greasy pizza but adrenched in grease pizza. So so disappointed. Will be reconsidering where we get our Friday night date pizza. Read more
