Update: I filled out the survey before this review, and also a 2nd time after Freddy's replied to this review (as they... requested). I have not received a response. Reaching out to customers on bad reviews must be just for show. First time tryingFreddy's after hearing about their amazing custard. The employee said they ran out so it would take a while to make more. WhichI had no problem waiting the extra 10-15 mins. I was excited! Once I received my togo order, I headed home. Sadly, I opened thecontainer to find barely any ice cream. It was almost entirely toppings. They added extra brownies and whipped cream to try andfill the empty space. I probably got 4-5 spoons of custard in the large bowl. I sent a picture and note to the Freddys websitelike they suggested in other reviews but no one has responded. I feel cheated out of an almost $8 large ice cream. -- It tastedgreat though. (Picture shows after i ate one of the 3 massive brownies.
