I ordered three Tamales, what came out was some ground up over done meat with sauce over it. It was the most disgusting plate I... have ever seen. I asked the waitress what it was and she was just as confused. The manager said, "that's the way that they makethem here." Well, NEVER again all for me. Read more
The only thing great about this restaurant was the young new waiter. Upon entry onto the restaurant there were numerous... employees at the front counter along with a manager, not a single person greeted us. I eventually said, ?How?s everyone??, onlyto get no response other than if we wanted a booth or table. Then my food came out severely undercooked along with one shrimpthat was cut into 3 pieces that was supposed to be the added shrimp, when the picture clearly had multiple large whole shrimp onthe dish. The food was excellent and came out in a timely manner. We had a party of 44 people. Our server was a gentleman named Christian.... He was very patient and attentive. He never seemed to get annoyed at the many different requests. Francisco, the manager wasgracious in accommodating our party and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Excellent experience! A five star from me is a hard one. Way to go Amazing service great food even tho there was a hiccup with a plate. Olvia not sure... if I spelled her name properly but she was absolutely the best server I have had in a very long time. We frequent this restaurant often, and it is always top notch for us. The food is served hot and delicious, the wait staff is... always very good, we never have a dry cup, or run out of salsa. The greeting staff is pleasent all the time. I love getting thebloody Mary and they are always so good, the mixed drinks are a good choice. We will continue returning here for the Great foodand drink and courteous staff! Read more
