Child play space is an employee break room. It?s lovely watching employees eat in a place your kids are supposed to have a... space. After receiving our sandwiches and dinkswe was toldTo drive to the last window to receive the rest of the order. I would like to let you know that everything was justfine until we got to the last window. My order came up to be $41.63. we was asked what kind of dipping sauce that we wantedwhen we placed our order. However at the last window after receiving our last bag we had no condiments at all. My husband asked(who we now know is the manager )Miss Tina if we could get some sweet and sour sauce. With an irritated tone she responded verynasty like did you not ask for dipping sauce when you place your order. My husband then asked are we not able to get the sweetand sour sauce. She said the only sauce that we was eligible to receive was whatever we asked for when we place the order. Hethen tried to explain that we did not have any condiments in our bag. She then said if we ask for it then it's in your bag. Sheask for the bag that she just gave us. My husband gave her the bag she reached in our bag touching our food pull out the frieswhich end up touching the wall in the Drive-Thru window contaminating our fries. Looking for sauces that was never given to us.Why telling us that we need to pay for a sweet and sour if that's what we want.I yelled to my husband to look at what she'sdoing and to get our money back. Her response was I'm not doing anything wrong. At this point I was so upset I could notbelieve that she was treating us this way after paying 41.63. we wasn't rude or disrespectful. This location is particularly terrible. It didn?t used to be though. 6 months ago it was one of the best. But the past 3 or 4... times I?ve gone all of the food has been disgustingly greasy and always COLD. There is another location maybe a mile furtherdown the road that is consistently much better.
