I had gotten a double quarter pounder with cheese fries and a drink. When i got home and i took a small bite and to my surprise... to see that my burger WAS NOT COOK all the way because it was still raw. This not okay by any means!!! But due to theincompetence of management does nothing to fix this problem because this a reoccurring problem, that obviously can?t and willnot ever get fixed!!! It?s always something every time I come here. They?re rude and forgetting things or just take forever to do things. They have... two lines but only do one line at a time so I pulled around for my niece to go inside and ask the cars in the drive through werehelped and they kept coming around because their orders were wrong then when my niece gets back they forgot her drink and we?reout of almost everything and a guy that was in the line ahead of us is literally still waiting in the parking lot for his food.I understand it?s hard to find workers but even the McDonald?s on Texas avenue is so much better than this one. Horrible customer service!! This location has always been awful. I thought after the remodel they would have better people. ... Nope! We had to wait forever for someone to come take our order and when we were leaving we tried to get some more sweet tea.The lady just walked by when my husband asked if we could have refills. I had to wait in the pull up spot over 15 min for a Senior cup of coffee! When I went in no one would talk to me or get my... coffee. I raised my voice when I heard a gentlemen start talking about me that the girl at the cash register that walked rightpast was not her responsibility! None of his business but she worked there it is her business. Finally the lady that sent meto wait said here is your coffee, sorry for your wait! It was warm not hot! It had been sitting there the whole time! 10 carswent through with big orders after I was sent to wait! I will never go back there again. We barely made it to my husbandappointment next to hospital! Added a star for food. Other than that, this location is lacking in customer service. Used a reward for a free large frappe and... lady at the second window had a nasty attitude for nothing. I get it it's around 7 in the morning on a Monday but seriouslydidn't have to demand for to see the receipt instead of just asking. She even ripped it out of my husband's hand. We had threemeals and the frappe. So three orange juices+frappe. She gave us the meals then reluctantly gave the frappe after she had totalk to someone about it. She wasn't going to give us the other drinks despite up charging us (it wasn't the normal orange juicebottles). She looked at us like what are you still doing here.
