We had two combo orders of buffalo shrimp with French fries, slaw, red beans and rice and biscuits with 2 pieces of chicken?and... omg it was all so good. This location truly deserves a 0 star rating. I was the only person in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes, and all I ordered... was a chicken sandwich (not the meal). Drove up to the window to pay and was told they needed to make the chicken and it wouldbe about 7 minutes. 15 minutes passes and a line starts to form in the drive thru, then I was asked to pull around to the frontto wait. I asked why it wasn?t ready yet since twice as much time than they originally needed had passed. The girl in the drivethru says the chicken needed to be pulled from the back (it really takes that long?...). I pulled to the front and ended upwaiting another 20 minutes before the order was brought out. While I was waiting other customers received their orders and wentabout their evening. The kicker of this whole experience was the sandwich ended up being raw - and after allllllll that time ofwaiting. Read more

Totally disappointed, Mac & cheese was burned, ice machine was not functioning, red beans and rice were completely bland, an... individual inside the dine in area was cursing and swearing out loud !!! Ordered mild tenders and got spicy one's instead, staffwas completely unprofessional !!! My advice to whoever reads this is DON'T GO IN THERE IF YOU DONT PLAN ON GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!
