Not everyone has the same abilities to reach and grab orders. When the carhops are lazy and don?t make sure the order is secure,... the order hits the ground. Carhops shouldn?t then expect you to just take the order. Better training for your staff would ensurecustomers of all abilities are properly served. Also, please make your restroom accessible or take the accessible sign off ofit. You?re violating state and federal laws as well as telling customers with disabilities they aren?t important to you. I feel like I have reviewed the Sonic several times now, however, each time google prompts me about the service, I feel... obligated to share how good this specific sonic is especially compared to some of the other local sonics. They are consistentlyon point and always friendly. Even when they are obviously deep in the weeds, they still provide prompt excellent service. Good job guys, and also a shout out to the managers at this store. You keep a tight team, and your crew seem to be happy. Thisis a hard job that isn?t the greatest pay. Keeping a team motivated and in good spirits is no small task. I pray good fortunesmiles on all of you and the owners recognize everyone?s efforts come holiday bonus time. Read more
