The system is constantly down and you can't make orders. When they actually have system they run out of items and you can't get... what you want and if you do not check your order before leaving the drive thru, you will get a mixed up order when you get home. Read more
Food wash good and fresh. One can obviously notice lack of employees which made drive thru time very long. Long enough I pulled... out and went inside and ordered to go. Was much faster. So if line is ling, d I yourself a favor and go in And got it to go. Asif you choose to leave instead you will miss out on fresh cooked burger and fries. And forgot to mention the staff they do haveare very curtious and clean. Read more
I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is horrible! They don't answer the intercom, they say it doesn't work but... they are talking in it? ???? They were rude and disrespectful. Why are they there if they are not going to work! (2 separateoccasions) I just drove off to the Wendy's in College Station because the way they were acting they might spit in my food!!! Ordered 5 sausage biscuits and they gave me 5 sausage egg chz biscuit? I spoke to the manager and she gave me extra fries ????... umm.. maybe i wanted my order fixed and money back. But im not even it is what it is . My cashier was rude (@Makayla) maybe wegot to learn a bit more manners. The food was good aint got no complaints there. My visit was a great one. As everyone knows I?m very picky and I was not disappointed. Staff was nice and most importantly, food... was fresh and order was correct. Didn?t have to wait very long either. Money well spent. Read more
I understand that there is a shortage of workers and I've been very patient and kind to fast food workers. They are typically... doing the best they can. But I went to the Wendy's drive-thru on Wm J. Bryan and Hwy 6, (at Rattlers) placed my order and shesaid to pull into a parking spot and they'd bring it out. 15 minutes later, I go inside to ask where my order is. There arethree bags waiting for someone to take out the orders. I tell them I've been waiting 15 minutes and she mumbles about it beingsomeone else's fault and that they got slammed (there was one person inside and three cars outside waiting), gets my order andslams it on the counter in front of me and walks away. What the heck! That is no way to treat people. I don't recommend goingthere! I sure won't go back there. Read more
Ordered two orders of biscuits and gravy. Gravy was watery and thin. One order didn't have any sausage, at all, in it. The other... order had very large chunks of sausage. This store's quality standards needs a lot of improvement. I'll probably not eat thereagain. There are a lot of other restaurants in this area that have better quality presentations . Read more
My burger was great however my brothers had some sort of chalky chemical tasting substance on the side of his burger. Didn't... realize until he had taken a bite and had to pull over cause it tasted so bad. Read more
