Went thru the drive thru. The lady taking the order was confused and as if she was rushing me is that all, is that all. Then she... messed up the drinks. We got our food and went home only to find we had paid for a 6 piece chicken strip and only got 4. Theywere mostly breading, very little chicken. The wings were overcooked and crunchy all the way to the bone. The cheese curds were1/2 hollow and 1/2 chewy like gum. And to top it off they didn't snap the lid on the ranch so everything in my condiment bag wascovered in ranch. I called and the response was..I'm so sorry. Save the food so we can do quality check on it and then we willremake the part that was messed up. I was not driving back into town. After all the money I had spent. She said well sorry youwon't have supper tonight save it and bring it in another time. This location has great service and is super fast. My only down fall of yhis chain is that i really hate how they cook there... fries but love the seasoning. My fries are always overcooked and hallow. Otherwise this location is great. Read more

This has by far been the worst meal I've had from wings n more at this location. I went around 9 p.m. and ordered the #2 Wing... and tender combo my wings and tenders tasted as if they were reheated in the oil f the oil was old oil. Update: The manager contacted me ASAP wanting to make things right. I honestly just wanted them to be aware of the situation and... provide their guest with fresh, hot food! My mom wanted to give them another opportunity since this location is closer to herhome. They didn't disappoint at all! The food was fresh and delicious! They fixed their mistake and made it right! Mom willdefinitely keep going back! This location always FAILS me! My fries were hard and old. My sons gravy was jello and old.Horrible way to spend my hard earned money.
