Decided to hit the bryans Road McDonald's at 11:30 on a Thursday night. Very upset with this franchise location. Not only was... there a 5-minute wait at the speaker for them to take my order, but there was another five almost 10 minute wait at the windowto get my food handed out to me. Once I got home, I got the large fries out of the bag and the following picture is the result.I do not recommend going to this McDonald's at all! Read more
Service SUCKED dearly!!!!! And toook forever on Inside and the Drive thru was wrapped around the building and then the Girl at... register did not know how to count or read the amount that money amount on the register to give back the correct change tocustomers!! Then on top of it they didn't have change or coins in register either which sucked for myself n friend that gotshorted at least a dollar bill on two separate bills/charges too!!!! Read more
I?ve seen mixed reviews of this location and I?m guessing that it must vary on who?s helping. I went there today through the... drive through and was greeting with one of the most cheerful person ever. The good service didn?t stop there. The employees atthe window were just as amazing. I had even made a mistake on my order and they happily made the adjustment for me withouthesitation. Great experience in a place that most take for granted. Read more
Nice people but good god someone train the staff on how to make ice coffee. Every morning I go hoping that day will be the day... they get my ice coffee right. One time they didn?t put any sugar or cream and when I asked for the cream they said there wascream in it. The ice coffee was black. Other times they load too much cream and no sugar or vice versa. Today I asked for creamand sugar they handed me a extra cream coffee with no ice left in the cup. It?s not the employees fault. Manager please retrainyour staff on how to properly make ice coffee please. None of them know how. Read more
This continues to be the worst McDonald's that I visit. How is it possible that this is slower than the McDonald's in DC? Every... time I come here there is a long wait even if there are not many customers. Multiple times I have stood there in front of theregister for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Then, after you wait more than 15 minutes for your food, the frenchfries are not even hot. Who is managing this place? This is unacceptable! Read more
They are very slow. This McDonald's is privately own so complaining to corporate will not do any good. I always order from the... kiosk cause they are so slow taking orders. I always taste my fries before leaving the restaurant because it maybe real cold. Aslong as people like us attend nothing will change. Read more

Slowest McDonald's ever. If your going to the drive through be patient. If you go inside it might be a little quicker. Be sure... to check your order. Most of the time it's correct. The ice cream machine is hit or miss. Read more
